Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
Multi‑Warehouse Fulfilment
To ensure faster delivery and wider product availability, orders may be shipped from multiple warehouses, including:

- Other international fulfilment hubs
If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Tracking Information

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the courier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

United States — Duties Only (Direct Website Orders)

Australia — GST Included
All prices for Australian customers include GST.
In most cases, no additional taxes or duties apply upon delivery.

All Other Countries
Unless explicitly stated at checkout, duties and taxes are not included in product or shipping prices.
Customers are responsible for paying any import charges required by their country.
Important Notes
- Customs authorities operate independently and may delay delivery
- We cannot predict or control customs fees or processing times
- Packages refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds
- Returned packages can be reshipped once all return shipping costs and customs charges are paid by the customer
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost or undeliverable packages due to address errors
- Additional shipping fees for re‑delivery
- Packages returned to sender
If a package is returned to us, we can reship it (additional shipping fees apply) or issue store credit minus original shipping costs.

Billing statements appear under a generic business name to protect your privacy.
