Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, including Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific, the United States, Europe, and more.
If your country appears at checkout, we ship there.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the warehouse fulfilling your order.
The most accurate delivery estimate is shown at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no product names or references to Seductive Utopia APAC.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

We ship from multiple fulfilment centres.
If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive separately at no extra cost.

Will I have to pay customs, duties, or taxes?

Customs rules vary by country.

  • United States: We collect duties upfront on many orders placed directly on our website. If you order through the Shop App marketplace, U.S. sales tax may be collected automatically.
  • Australia: GST is already included in all prices.
  • Other countries: Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your local customs authority.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30‑day return window.
Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and have all tags and hygiene seals intact.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@SeductiveUtopiaAPAC.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We’ll provide instructions and the correct return address.

Do you accept returns on all items?

For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Pleasure products
  • Hosiery
  • Bodysuits
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items without tags or hygiene seals
Do you offer refunds?

Most approved returns are issued asstore credit.
Refunds to the original payment method are only provided where required by law.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes — you can exchange for a different size, colour, or item of equal or lesser value.
If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit.

Where can I find size guides?

All size guides are shown on the individual product pages.
You’ll find them in:

  • The product description
  • A link to the brand’s size chart (when provided)
Why aren’t size guides listed on this page?

Because we work with multiple brands, each with different sizing systems.
Displaying size guides on product pages ensures you always see the correct information for the item you’re buying.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We only source from verified suppliers, official distributors, and trusted fulfilment partners.

What if an item is out of stock?

If a product is unavailable, it will be marked as sold out.
Some items may restock — feel free to email us if you’re waiting on something specific.
