Eligibility for Returns

To keep our customers safe and maintain hygiene standards, only certain items are eligible for return.

Eligible for return:

  • Unworn clothing items (e.g., underwear, lingerie, swimwear)
  • Items in original condition
  • Items with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact
  • Items returned within the allowed timeframe

Not eligible for return:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pleasure products
  • Hosiery
  • Bodysuits
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items without original tags or hygiene seals

If an item is returned in a non‑resellable condition, it will be rejected and returned to you.


Return Timeframe

Returns must be requested within:

  • 30 days of delivery for Australia & New Zealand
  • 30 days of delivery for international orders

Requests made outside these windows may not be accepted.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Size
  • Colour
  • A different item of equal or lesser value

If the item you want is unavailable, we will issue store credit instead.


Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Store credit:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used on any product
  • Can be used across multiple orders

We do not offer refunds unless required by Australian Consumer Law.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non‑refundable
  • If your order arrived in multiple packages, each return may need to be sent back separately depending on the warehouse

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.


How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Our team will provide instructions and the correct return address

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent to the wrong warehouse cannot be processed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • Our team will resolve it as quickly as possible

We will replace the item or issue store credit depending on availability.


Multi‑Warehouse Returns

Because we ship from multiple fulfilment centres, your return may need to be sent to a specific warehouse.
Our team will confirm the correct return address when you contact us.
